Good to know
How far in advance should we book?
November and December Fridays and Saturdays are the first dates to fill up. Most corporate clients book 6-10 weeks out, but earlier is always safer — check your date now and we'll hold it while you finalise numbers.
Do you bring a staff attendant?
It depends on what you hire — some packages include a staff attendant, others don't. Ask us when you enquire and we'll run through what's included.
How much space and time do you need to set up?
This varies by booth — generally 30 to 60 minutes to set up. Space and timing needs come down to which booth suits your event, so it's easiest to ask when you enquire.
Can guests get printed photos as well as digital?
Printing is available if it's included in your hire package — some are digital-only, some include on-site prints. Check with us what your package covers.
Do you travel outside central Auckland?
Yes — we cover the wider Auckland area and beyond. Tell us your venue when you enquire and travel gets factored into your quote.
What happens after we submit the enquiry form?
We reply the same day, usually within a few hours, with availability for your date and a package recommendation based on your headcount and venue.
